Return & Refund Policy

We have a 48-hour return request policy, which means you must contact us within 48 hours after receiving your item to report any issue.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return request, contact us at shopkvish@gmail.com. Please note that returns must first be approved before sending any item back.

If your request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

This helps us evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn or used products

  • Products damaged after use

  • Items without original packaging or tags

Minor color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, customers may request a return and place a new order separately.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
