  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders.

No hidden charges will be added at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


Delays

KVISH is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Unforeseen logistical issues

However, we will always try our best to assist you in tracking your order.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
